Our VIP Animal Encounters are a great way for you to get up close and learn about your favourite animal with a ranger led, interactive 45* minute experience. You will be able to meet and feed your choice of our animal inside their enclosures and where possible take them for a walk around the farm.

You can also gift them! Buy a gift voucher and the lucky recipient can book when it suits them.
Types of experience.
Reindeer – Meet and feed. Maximum group of 6 people.
Alpaca – Walking and feeding. Maximum group of 6 people.
Goats & Sheep – Meet and feed. Maximum group of 6 people.
Pigs – Meet and feed. Maximum group of 6 people.
Ponies – Meet, feed and groom. Maximum group of 10 people.
Small Animals – Meet and feed some of our small animal friends. Maximum group of 15 people
Our Encounters cost
£75.00 per session, for up to 6 attendees.
You can add additional guests to the Pony and Small Animal Encounter for £10 per person.
Timings
The experiences start at 10 am, 11.30 am, 2 pm & 3.30 pm daily.
*Please note that there is a 5-minute welcome and H&S brief before you move to the animal tour.
VIP Animal Encounter tickets do not include day entry to the park. These experiences run all year round including days the park is not open to the public. If you wish to spend a day at the park alongside your experience you will need to purchase day entry tickets separately.
