FEAR at Avon Valley with Bristol City FC
FEAR at Avon Valley is the premier Halloween event in the South-West area. Home to what critics are calling ‘The most intense mazes I have experienced’ (ScareTOUR), ‘A brilliantly spectacular night’ (Terror Attractions) and ‘One of the single scariest experiences I have ever encountered’ (Controllers and Creds).
Held here at Avon Valley Adventure & Wildlife Park, in joint partnership with the award-winning creative design agency Unlocked Vision Entertainment. The event is now entering it’s fourth year and is set to terrify thousands as they search for the ultimate Halloween thrill.
Following its launch in 2014, the event immediately became both a critical and commercial success. Growing each year since, in 2016 over 13,000 people passed through its doors in just eight nights.
This year, FEAR at Avon Valley will be launching an exclusive, never-before-seen new attraction – ‘The Fourth’. Shrouded in mystery, guests will experience a horror like no other as they uncover the secrets of this new attraction. Guests will have to face their deepest fears if they want to survive and discover for themselves – What is The Fourth?
Returning in 2017 are the three top Halloween attractions that have made FEAR at Avon Valley one of the country’s most popular events, updated to ensure more scares than ever before!
Anarchy: Live is back to strike fear into even the most hardened of horror fans once again. A deadly game of cat and mouse, guests go head-to-head with our post-apocalyptic cannibal tribe and become the hunted. This horrifying blood sport is now broadcast live to a hungry audience and the chances of survival are slim!
As the doors to the multi-award winning Phobia open, guests are invited to endure the Avon Valley Clinical Trials once more. A revolutionary new drug has been developed that can cure even the biggest of fears, and human testing has now started. The search is on for test subjects; will you apply for the final trial?
Purgatory will push you to the limit as you discover there is no escape. In a prison that spares no redemption, will you find the door to freedom or will you remain with our inmates forever?
The terror doesn’t stop there; after braving our four attractions guests will be able to enjoy our roaming street performance team, who ensure sure that nowhere is safe. Guests can try to relax with a drink in our fully licensed bar or enjoy a thrilling ride at the funfair, but beware – fear will never be far away!
Bigger and better than ever, FEAR at Avon Valley will run for a total of 10 nights on select nights until Halloween night. Located directly between Bristol and Bath, with easy access and quick transport links, this is the number one destination for Halloween.

On Wednesday 25th October the full Bristol City FC team will be attendance with Aden Flint, Callum O’Dowda, Josh Brownhill and Jamie Paterson getting involved with the mazes, ready to put the FEAR in you!
