Baby animals on the move!

Spring has well and truly sprung at Avon Valley Adventure & Wildlife Park.

This week saw our Lambing Live lambs move down to the farm and our racing piggies arrive.

Lambs

The lambs moved out of the animal handling barn and down to the farm on Monday.  They have been enjoying bouncing around the field and playing in the sunshine.  What is more Spring like than a lamb kicking it’s heels?!

Pigs

On Thursday our 4 saddleback girlies arrived ready for this seasons pig racing.  They are only 8 weeks old at the moment but fully weaned and ever so cute!  ‘Training’ will start once they are settled in and you will be able to see them entertaining crowds (and themselves!) over the Summer Months.  Have a look at our Facebook live stream to hear more about them.

Easter

We have lots of baby animals due to arrive over the next week or so as it isn’t really Easter without some baby bunnies, chicks and duckling!  Take a look at our EVENTS page to see everything we have running over Easter at our great valued family farm attraction between Bristol & Bath.
