The park is closed for day entry while we focus on our Autumn event season. The South West’s biggest Pumpkin Extravaganza and the UKs Best Halloween night out, FEAR Scream Park is now open on select dates.
We are thrilled to announce the opening of our brand-new Nursery and Preschool on the 21st August. This innovative early learning setting will focus on outdoor fun and play while fully integrating all of the activities offered here at Avon Valley.
Located within the picturesque Avon Valley, the Nursery and Preschool will provide children aged 2 to 5 years old with a unique and immersive learning environment. The curriculum is designed to foster children’s love for nature, wildlife, and exploration while developing essential skills through hands-on, outdoor experiences.
We’re proud to be partnering with outstanding childcare professional’s Alison and Gary Dennis, nursery operators with over 25 years experience, who alongside this exciting new venture run three other award winning nursery settings across Wiltshire.
“We are excited to open our doors to a new generation of adventurers at the Avon Valley Nursery and Preschool,” said Doug Douglas, Owner of Avon Valley. “Our goal is to provide a dynamic and engaging learning environment that nurtures a love for nature and the great outdoors, inspiring young minds to flourish.“
“We are passionate about providing a safe, secure and stimulating environment for children aged 2-5 years to learn, discover, and play. Providing an experience in which both formal and informal education can flourish,” said Alison Dennis.
Avon Valley Nursery and Preschool will boast a team of experienced educators who are passionate about outdoor learning and child development. They will work closely with the park’s staff to create a seamless integration of the park’s resources, including animal encounters, nature trails, and adventure play areas, into the daily activities of the Nursery and Preschool.
The Nursery, further to being coupled with the park, will have its own brand new purpose built indoor and outdoor play space, ensuring privacy, security and the managed integration with school holiday park opening.
Parents and guardians can expect their children to enjoy a variety of activities; hands-on outdoor projects and play, animal handling, storytelling sessions, nature walks, all designed to instill an appreciation for the natural world and develop essential skills. The Nursery and Preschool will also prioritize safety, ensuring that children have supervised access to age-appropriate facilities and resources.
And if that wasn’t enough, all nursery families will receive a number of Avon Valley related benefits.
The Avon Valley Nursery and Preschool is now accepting registrations for the upcoming school year, with limited spaces available.
