Free Return Visit Offer – Terms & Conditions
The free return visit applies to all standard or yes day tickets purchased online and in advance for visits between 23rd July and 31st August 2026.
Guests will receive a free return visit when booking a standard park entry ticket during the promotional period.
Exclusions: This offer is not valid for Camping Stays, Blue Light discounted tickets or Splash Sale promotional tickets.
‘Yes Day’ Passes will receive a return voucher for Standard Park Entry to our Summer event.
Within 24 hours of their visit, all eligible yes day guests will receive an automated like for like voucher via email, matching their original activity ticket, excluding any add-ons (e.g. animal feed, quad bike tokens, food and drink purchases).
The free return visit is valid until and including 31st August 2026 and must be booked in advance via our online ticketing system.
The free return code is valid for one time use only and applies to online bookings only.
If your initial visit is refunded for any reason, you will not receive a free return voucher.
The voucher is non transferable and has no cash value.
Free return tickets are subject to availability. If the park reaches maximum capacity on your chosen return date and you have not booked in advance, entry cannot be guaranteed. We strongly recommend booking your return visit as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Guests must redeem their free return visit by 31st August 2026. Extensions or amendments cannot be made after this date.
Free return tickets are strictly for use by the original visitors only. Identification may be requested.
Tickets are non-refundable.
You must be 16 years or over to enter the park unaccompanied.
All guests under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over at all times.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
Once a date is sold out, management reserves the right to refuse requests to transfer bookings to an alternative date.
Avon Valley reserves the right to close any attraction at any time for operational or safety reasons. No refunds will be given in these circumstances.
Avon Valley accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings. Items are brought into the park at the owner’s own risk.
