Free Return Visit Offer – Terms & Conditions:

• The free return visit applies to all standard tickets purchased online and in advance for visits between 12th July and 24th August 2025. 
• If you visit after Sunday 24th August, you will not qualify for a free return pass. If you have originally made a booking for a visit dated before Sunday 24th August, but have to reschedule your booking to a date after Sunday 24th August, you will NOT qualify for a free return visit.
• Exclusions: This offer is not valid for Blue Light discounted tickets, or £10 Splash Sale Tickets’.
• ‘Yes Day’ Passes will receive a return voucher for Standard Park Entry to our Summertopia event.
• 24 hours after your visit, all eligible guests will receive an automated voucher via email, matching their original activity ticket excluding any add ons (e.g., animal feed, quad bike tokens, food, and drink purchases).
• The free return visit is valid for use until and including 31st August and must be booked in advance via our online ticketing system. Exclusion 30th August for the Massive Family Water Fight.
• The free return code is valid for one time use only and applies to bookings made online only.
• If your initial visit is refunded for any reason, you will not receive a free return code.
• The voucher is non transferable and has no cash value.
• Free return tickets are subject to availability on the selected return date – if the park is at maximum capacity on your chosen return date and you haven’t booked in advance, you will be denied entry. We strongly advise booking your free return date as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
• Guests must use their free return visit before the expiration date 31st August 2025 extensions or modifications will not be possible. Exclusion 30th August for the Massive Family Water Fight.
• Free return tickets are non transferable and are strictly for use by the original visitors only. You may be asked for identification.
• Return passes have no monetary value.
• Tickets are non refundable.
• All under 16 years must be accompanied by an over 18 at all times.
• The management reserve the right to refuse entry. Once a day is sold out, management have the right to refuse the swapping of dates.
• Avon Valley reserves the right to close any attraction at any given point for operational or safety reasons. No refunds will be given in this circumstance.
• Avon Valley accepts no responsibility for damaged or lost goods. Items worn or brought along is done so at your own discretion.
