ROARbot naming Competition – Terms and Conditions (July 2025)
Promoter: Avon Valley Adventure & Wildlife Park Ltd (Company No. 04784539)
1. Eligibility
- Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
- Employees of Avon Valley Adventure Park, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition are not eligible to enter.
2. Entry
- No entry fee or purchase necessary.
- Only one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
- Entry is via https://form.jotform.com/251974371933061
- To enter, suggest a name for our new ROARbot.
- Competition closes at 12:00 on 31st July 2025. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
- No responsibility is accepted for entries not received for any reason.
3. Prize
- Prize: 1 x family ticket (maximum 5 individual tickets total) to visit the Christmas Experience at Avon Valley Adventure Park on a date when the event is live before 24th December 2025.
- The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are not transferable.
4. Winner Selection & Notification
- Winners will be selected by the Avon Valley Adventure Park marketing team. Their decision is final.
- The winner will be notified via email within 5 days of the closing date.
- If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, Avon Valley Adventure Park reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
5. General
- Avon Valley Adventure Park Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated as soon as possible.
- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied by any third party connected with this competition.
- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final.
6. Publicity & Data
- By entering, entrants agree to the use of their name and entry in any publicity material.
- Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without prior consent.
- The winner’s name will be available upon request within 28 days of the closing date by emailing helpdesk@avonvalley.co.uk.
7. Legal
- Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
8. Platform Disclaimer
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook or Instagram) or any other social network. You are providing your information to Avon Valley Adventure Park Ltd and not to any other party.
