Competition Terms & Conditions

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or any other social network.

1. Eligibility
   The competition is open to UK residents only. Entrants must be 18 years or over. Employees of Avon Valley Adventure Park, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition are not eligible to enter.
2. Entry
   To enter, participants must follow the instructions stated in the competition post. Only one entry per person unless otherwise stated. The competition closes at the time and date stated in the competition post. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
3. Winner Selection
   The winner will be selected at random and contacted via Facebook message or by replying to their comment within 48 hours of the competition closing. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner may be selected.
4. Prize
   The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products. Travel, accommodation, and any additional expenses are not included unless stated otherwise. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied by any third party connected with this competition.
5. Publicity
   By entering the competition, entrants agree to the use of their name and entry in any publicity material related to the competition.
6. Data Protection
   Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without prior consent.
7. General
   Avon Valley Adventure Park Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated as soon as possible.
   The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final.
   The winner’s name will be available upon request within 28 days of the closing date by emailing helpdesk@avonvalley.co.uk.
8. Legal
   Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
   The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
